Suggest a New Store Location
Ten Thousand Villages has a network of nonprofit retail stores that provides vital, fair income to tens of thousands of artisans worldwide by marketing their handcrafted products and telling their stories in North America.
In order to grow in a sustainable manner that will enable us to increase our purchases from artisans, we seek to open new Ten Thousand Villages stores in thriving retail markets across the United States that meet the following criteria:
- Approximately 1,300-2,000 square feet
- Good pedestrian/walk-by traffic
- Easily identifiable location in a busy shopping center or downtown shopping area
- Presence of up-scale national retailers and independent retailers

While we are only able to open a few new stores each year, we value input from customers that will help our new store development team to make future decisions about locations for new Ten Thousand Villages stores.
